My Approach 

My approach as a solution-focused therapist, is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Individual Therapy can help you or a loved one if struggling with:

Some situations that may benefit from Family Therapy include:

 

  • If a family is going through a loss, seperation, divorce, domesitc violence, substance abuse, or litigation related issues. 

 

  •  Interparental issues or conflicts which spill into the family system causing co-parenting issues. Often requiring the need for Parent Facilitation. 

 

  • Unresolved issues leading to children resisting contact with a parent. 

 

  • Parenting issues with a child or teen experiencing behaivor issues such as anger outbursts or resisting a relationship with a parent or sibling.
